Transparency (roadmap)
- Honest limits before you invest time—quotas visible here and again before any paywall.
- No dark patterns: no hidden cancellation flows or surprise charges at launch.
- Fair upgrade path: self-serve changes where possible, with what changes now vs at renewal spelled out.
Cryptocurrency-only upgrades
Card payments are intentionally out of scope for paid upgrades. The guided checkout walks through chain and asset selection, shows a deposit address and QR code, and tracks status from pending through confirmation (verification is still a stub—see the API milestone).
Plan comparison
Three packaging bands aligned with the roadmap: individuals / evaluation, growing teams, and scale + enterprise path.
| Capability / quota | Free | Team | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI-guided generations / month (example quota) | 10 | 100 | 500 |
| Workspaces | 1 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Seats | 1 | 10 | 50+ |
| EHX Launch (Kubernetes patterns) | Preview templates only | Full template library | Full + priority updates |
| EHX Monitor (observability presets) | Basic health checks | Full monitoring presets | Full + extended retention options |
| EHX NodeOps (Web3 ops playbooks) | Not included | Playbooks & runbooks | Dedicated patterns + review window |
| EHX Secure (posture analysis) | Sample scan (limited scope) | Full analysis runs | Custom scope + cadence |
| Cryptocurrency checkout | — | Guided flow (stub UI + API) | Guided flow (stub UI + API) |
| Support | Community / docs | Email with SLA target | Contractual options |
Prices: TBD at public launch. The table defines entitlements; use the checkout stub above to exercise the crypto-only upgrade flow (synthetic addresses until real settlement ships). Suite rows link to service previews; see Infrastructure templates for Milestone 1.2 status.
Suite bundles (evaluation paths)
How teams usually compare EHX product lines before SKUs are final—each bundle maps to roadmap personas, not a separate checkout SKU today.
Platform core
Kubernetes baseline plus operator-grade observability.
Includes
Best for. Solo DevOps and AI startups shipping on Kubernetes first.
Team+. Team unlocks the full Launch template library and Monitor presets; Free stays preview + basic health checks.
Web3 operations
Nodes, RPC health, and security posture in one evaluation path.
Includes
Best for. Protocol teams running validators, archive RPC, or L2 infrastructure.
Team+. NodeOps playbooks and full Secure runs are paid capabilities; Monitor ties chain signals to on-call.
Full platform
Deploy, observe, operate chains, and harden—end to end.
Includes
Best for. Teams standardizing infra + Web3 adjacency without four disconnected vendors.
Team+. Scale adds custom scope, retention, and contractual support on top of Team entitlements.
What Free does not include
Every paid capability above lists what stays out of Free. If it is not listed as included in the Free column, assume it is paid or not offered on Free.
- Paid-only EHX NodeOps playbooks and production change windows.
- Full EHX Secure analysis beyond the sample scan scope.
- Team workspace collaboration, audit trails, and higher generation quotas.
- Enterprise deployment, governance packs, and contractual support.
In-app Plan & usage
The route is live: it loads plan tier, quotas, and renewal fields from the API (stub data until subscriptions exist). Links here stay honest with what the product shows in-app.
FAQ
- Are prices final?
- No. Dollar or token prices are not published until SKUs are validated with customers. This page defines boundaries and quotas so free vs paid is never ambiguous.
- How does cryptocurrency checkout work today?
- Use /checkout for chain and asset selection, a synthetic deposit string, optional transaction hash, and public RPC verification (receipt + confirmations). Downloadable receipt summaries are available on the session. Dollar prices and real entitlements activation are still TBD.
- Does a confirmed checkout upgrade my plan automatically?
- In this browser, yes as a stub: when checkout confirms and your session used this browser's integration user id (auto-filled), Plan & usage can show the matching tier via checkout_stub binding. That is not real billing or cross-device auth yet.
- Can I downgrade?
- Yes, when billing exists—self-serve downgrade where possible, with clear wording on what drops immediately vs at the next renewal.
- Where do I see my real limits after signup?
- Open Plan & usage at /account/plan. It loads GET /api/v1/account/plan today (stub quotas and renewal) until billing and auth ship; the same API contract will later carry real entitlements so marketing and product stay aligned.
- Where are infrastructure templates?
- Downloadable Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and monitoring libraries are Milestone 1.2 on the roadmap. Use /templates for an honest preview of deliverables and /pricing#bundles to see how suites bundle today.
